• Anti-Piracy Rule: You are granted a personal, non-transferable right to view the content. You are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, redistributing, leaking, taking screenshots, or recording video screens of any material protected by the paywall to external social media platforms, Telegram channels, public forums, or third-party websites.
• Enforcement: Any violation of this clause will result in the immediate termination of your membership without warning or refund, a permanent ban from the platform, and potential legal action for copyright infringement.

3. Subscriptions, Billing, and No-Refund Policy

• Billing Engine: Premium access to The Vault is unlocked through a recurring subscription model securely processed via Stripe. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.
• No-Refund Policy: Since our service provides immediate access to digital assets and downloadable premium content upon payment, all transactions, membership purchases, and automatic renewals are strictly non-refundable, in accordance with international digital commerce regulations and EU consumer laws regarding digital goods.
• Cancellation: You can easily turn off automatic renewal at any time. Simply click on the Account tab in the website menu and select "Cancel subscription." You will retain full access to the premium space until the end of your current paid billing period.

4. External Links, Affiliations, and Shopify

This website features editorial style recommendations, third-party affiliate tracking links, and direct pathways to our external shop operating on the Shopify platform.

• Limitation of Liability: SaltedRae acts solely as an editorial and design curator. We do not handle payment processing, shipping, inventory, logistics, or customer support for items purchased on Shopify or through external affiliate networks. 5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be settled exclusively within the designated local courts of the platform owner's legal residence.
